Waiver & Liability
Basketball is a physical sport and injuries can occur. All participants (and a parent/guardian if under 18) agree to a liability waiver prior to participation. By registering, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree that North Middlesex Basketball Academy, its staff, volunteers, and partners are not responsible for injuries sustained during the event.
Photo & Media Release
This event may be photographed or recorded for use on our website and social media. By registering, you grant NM Basketball Academy permission to use event photos or video that may include you or your child for promotional purposes.
Refund Policy
Tournament planning requires advance scheduling & staffing.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a refund (minus processing fees).
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable and are strongly discouraged as this could jeopardize our ability to run the tournament for the affected division.
If we do not get enough participants in any division, anyone already registered in that division will receive a refund.
Sportsmanship
We expect positive sportsmanship from players, parents, and spectators. Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
